I have long harboured ambitions of adding a wrestling section to this site. I am a long-time "closet fan" of American wrestling. I'm primarily interested in old school mainstream stuff (that's WWF and NWA/ WCW circa 1985 to 1994) although I did watch until the end of the Monday Night Wars in 2001 and am becoming increasingly interested in the old territories. Since about 2004, I have given up totally on the current product, mainly because it is extremely lame. I am a 100% retro fan who only watches old 80s and 90s shows.
Since writing articles is too much effort for me these days, I've decided instead to use this space to link to discussions I've participated in on an old school forum I post on, which is attached to the famous Wrestlecrap website. It is easily the best wrestling forum I've come across, some very knowledgable fans post there. I've also posted a few PPV reviews (of sorts) offering a few thoughts on each show as I make my journey through WCW events from 1991. On the off-chance you're wondering, my favourite wrestler is The Million Dollar Man, Ted DiBiase (pictured), the best heel of all time.
